Registering will make your life simpler for ordering in the future and tracking an order you have placed. We will not pass on your information to anyone else as that would make you angry and we definitely don’t want to make you angry.

Anything we send to you will be amazing and you will love it but if it gets damaged on its way to you or has a defect we haven’t seen, we will replace it straight away and if its out of stock we can give you a credit or refund you if you prefer.

Bob is an impatient man and makes us send out the orders as soon as the payment reflects in his account. So if it goes in before 12pm today we will have to send it today with our courier who depending where you are in the world you should have it in about 4 days max.

We can send internationally but due to the world being quite big we will need to quote you on the cost to ship to you so please send us an email to bob@bendybob.co.za so we can get you what you want.

Bob is a fair haired person so if the item we sent you isn’t what you ordered or has a defect, then Bob will gladly replace or send you the right thing at our cost. If  we are out of stock of the item then we will credit or refund you of-course. Bob cant swap anything that has been test driven as I am sure you understand.
